Here are our Health & Cancellation policies:
Cancellation
Unable to make your appointment? We sincerely appreciate your consideration in letting us know. At time of booking, you will be asked for your credit card number to hold for services.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start of service, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your service will be charged at 50% the cost of service. No shows (failing to arrive within 15 minutes of service) will be charged the full amount.

In case of illness
If you are feeling unwell, we ask for your consideration in letting us know and possibly rescheduling your appointment. We will look forward to seeing you when you are symptom-free :) and thank you for your consideration.
Sanitization
Our clients health & safety is of utmost importance to us. Medical-grade cleaning products & practices ensure that all tools and surfaces are sanitized to prevent cross-contamination and infections. Our staff is trained in these practices and is committed to providing an immaculate and safe spa environment.
